Tax Mechanism

5% tax is applied to every transaction and distributed as follows:

• Marketing Fund: Allocated for promotional efforts, including partnerships, community engagement, and marketing activities. A portion of these funds will be designated for community incentives and rewards.

• Development Fund: Dedicated to continuous improvement, security measures, and project scalability. Development activities will be transparent, with progress updates shared regularly with the community.

• XPlus AI Hedge Fund: Exclusively dedicated to funding AI bot trading activities, with a primary focus on the Dow Jones index. Trading will commence upon reaching a pool of $10,000, with a monthly target return ranging approximately from 10% to 30%. To ensure transparency and accountability, we will impose an initial limitation of 1 million USDT for the hedge fund wallet. Regular reports on trading activities will be provided to the community, ensuring transparency and fostering trust.

• The Team & Partnership: This allocation is intended to support the dedicated team behind XPlus AI, ensuring their ongoing commitment and contribution to the project's success. Transparent mechanisms will be implemented to track the utilization of these funds, with regular updates provided to the community. For Partnerships, this portion of the distribution is reserved for forging strategic partnerships that can enhance the ecosystem and drive adoption of XPlus AI. The selection of partners will be carried out through a transparent process, with the aim of maximizing mutual benefits.

Rewards & Transactional Framework

In every transaction involving $XPAI tokens, a 5% tax is applied, aggregated into a dedicated wallet. Subsequently, our AI hedge fund utilizes these pooled funds to engage in strategic trades within the market. The generated profits are then methodically distributed back to the community Every buy or sell transaction involving $XPAI tokens now incurs a 5% tax. This taxed amount is seamlessly transferred to a designated wallet. XPlus AI then operates using the accumulated funds from this wallet, executing trades in the market. The profits derived from XPlus AI astute trading maneuvers are subsequently distributed to $XPAI token holders based on the Distribution Score. It's essential to note that the higher the score, the more substantial the share of profits a holder receives.​
